NYC Restaurant Week 2010

My lady friend and I were in New York City during Restaurant Week, and we took advantage of the $25 prix fixe lunch menu at two Manhattan restaurants which we regularly could not afford: Shang, Brasserie 8 1/2. We also made our way to Benchmark in Brooklyn's Park Slope district for an amazing diner. These are definitely three restaurants that you should try the next time you are in NYC, if you wallet can handle it, of course.

I had a great brunch this weekend with my lady friend at Caffe Della Posta. The complimentary bread pudding, assortment of pastries and fresh juice they offer before the meal makes this a great value.

My lady friend and I went out for a great dinner last weekend at Lemeac in Montreal. Their '$22 after 22 h' meal is worth every penny.

Greasy Spoon

I went to Greasy Spoon tonight with friends for dinner. It is a great place to spend a casual friday night out. If you are ever in Montreal order the burger and fries and call it a night!
